How does credits refill work?
At the beginning of each billing cycle, we’ll refill your account to the number of credits your subscription plan offers.
Note that it’s a reset to such number of credits if the account balance is less than it.
Take SinkIn Basic (2000 credits refill) for example:
- If your account balance is 120 credits at the start of a billing cycle, we’ll reset it to 2000 credits, not adding 2000 credits on top of it. After the refill, the account balance will be 2000 credits, not 2120 credits.
- If the account balance is already more than 2000 credits at the start of cycle, we’ll not do anything to it.
What do I do if I run out of credits before start of next cycle?
If you are on a subscription plan but run out of credits before next refill, you have two options:
- Upgrade to a higher tier subscription plan. You can do this by simply tapping on that plan in the credits popup dialog. If you proceed, the new plan will start immediately and new credits refill will happen immediately
- Buy one-time credits package with $5 or $10. You can also find these two options in the credits popup dialog.
How to cancel subscription?
You can find “Subscription” in the top right menu of the site. It will link you to the subscription management center where you’ll be able to cancel the subscription. You’ll need to go through an email verification process in order to log into the management center.
What’s your Refund Policy?
We don’t refund.
If your account was suspended due to violation of our terms of service, no refund will be issued. We’ll also cancel your subscription.
