Hello model creators! This is a doc explaining how the partnership with sinkin.ai works.

How does it work?

1. We deploy your model on sinkin.ai, a url link pointing to your model page will be generated. This can take several hours, depending on how much work is needed for the deployment.
2. We’ll send you the link once it’s ready. You can then add the link to your Civitai or HuggingFace model page.
3. We share profit with you at end of each month.

How does the profit sharing work?

We first deduct computing cost from revenue, and then do a 5050 split with model creators. The exact amount for each creator depends on the number of runs their model has.

As of April 2023, for a model with 10k runs, the payout would be around $100 USD. Note that this rate could change as the cost / revenue structure fluctuates.

Why is it important to add the link to Civitai or HuggingFace?

You’d want to make it easy for people to find it out and use it. Otherwise the model might not get enough exposure and won’t yield much for you.

Do we need to sign a contract?

Since SinkIn is still at an early stage and trying to figure things out, we’d like to not to enter into a contract with model creators at this point, so that we still have the flexibility to improve the partnership model.
